Luke Pasqualino

Luke Pasqualino is a British actor of Italian descent, known for a variety of roles across film and television. He is most recognised by fans for his portrayals of Freddie McClair in Skins, d’Artagnan in The Musketeers and David Kostyk in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone.

Pasqualino made his acting debut back in 2009, bringing a fresh face and new energy to several projects, one of which included Skins in the role of Freddie. Appearing across two seasons, Pasqualino quickly secured a permanent position within the hearts of the fandom.

Following this early success, Luke went on to portray Paolo in Showtime’s The Borgias and appeared in The Apparition. He was chosen to play a young William Adama in the prequel Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome and appeared as Gray in the movie Snowpiercer, alongside an incredible ensemble cast.

Pasqualino’s next huge role was the lead of d’Artagnan for the BBC drama The Musketeers. Quickly becoming a firm fan favourite, Luke appeared in every episode of the show. This was followed by another main role on the television adaptation of Snatch, playing Albert Hill. This was followed by another popular role – Elvis Harte in Our Girl.

Most recently, Luke can be seen as Maurizio in Shantaram, and as the Grisha David Kostyk in Netflix’s Shadow and Bone. David is another fan favourite role from a popular series, based on the books of the same name, and is key to the plot of both seasons thus far.

Pasqualino has a number of projects coming up, including the Netflix animated film The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, in which he will voice the villain, Wulf.
