Luke Tittensor
Luke Tittensor is an English actor known for a variety of roles across film and television, best recognised by fans as Darren ‘Daz’ Eden in Emmerdale and most recently, Ser Arryk Cargyll in HBO’s House of the Dragon.
Luke worked alongside his twin brother Elliott in the role of Carl Gallagher in Shameless for the first season, before moving on in 2003 to the role of Darren ‘Daz’ Eden in Emmerdale, a role that would see him across an impressive 291 episodes.
Tittensor’s extensive portfolio also spans iconic British shows such as Holby City, Casualty, Waterloo Road and Accused. He also lent his voice and likeness to the character of Finch in the popular video game, Battlefield 1.
In 2022, Tittensor stepped into the boots of Ser Arryk Cargyll, a renowned knight and member of the Kingsguard, in HBO’s House of the Dragon. Following the death of King Viserys, Ser Arryk joined the Kingsguard of Aegon II and his Greens. Adding an extra dimension to the role, Tittensor stars alongside his twin brother Elliott, who portrays the role of Ser Erryk Cargyll.
